  Bob was a dream to work with!   Bob was WONDERFUL!! Not only was he easy to reach for questions (and as first time buyers we had a ton!) but he was extremely proactive in sending us information, updates and quotes before we asked. He was so patient on his first phone calls with us walking us through each step of the process and line items and costs that we would see in our final paperwork. He was always one step ahead sending us forms and scheduling appointments while under contract. We cannot recommend highly enough!
