      Waste of time. I spoke with the loan officer 2 months okay to get the preapproval for a home construction loan. We went through the process with our builder based off of this and developed a plan, applied, ordered appraisal. Etc. From the beginning I was clear that we had a mortgage on our current house, mentioned it numerous times throughout the process, uploaded statement documents for them to FORGET to include the remaining mortgage on the loan and it to get kicked out at underwriting because they discovered a mortgage! 2 months. Mortgage services should be versed in what they do and should be reviewing documents as I thought they were. Very disappointing.
