  Adam was amazing he stepped in after another lender completely failed to do his job and saved me from losing my house that I wanted to purchase. He got everything done within the timeline that we already had scheduled with the other lender even though he had to come in at the last minute because the other lender had completely failed to do his job. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone he is outstanding and thanks to him I have my house which I very nearly lost because of the failure of the other person I had been working with. Adam and his team are amazing. They communicated with me constantly to keep me informed on what was going on and to get all the information that was necessary as quickly as possible I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Justin Phillips & supporting team was the best!!! very easy process. I love the videos that are sent out each step of the loan process. From start to finish, the process seemed so easy. As long as you submit your documents in a timely manner, Justine & his team will take care of the rest. We did new construction & the process can seem so long. Justin made sure we were able to meet the builders closing date. I would highly recommend Rapid's services.

  We just bought a house and Justin from Rapid Mortgage was amazingly fast at getting back to us, forwarding our pre-approvals, and answering questions - including after-hours and weekends! I had originally tried to get a mortgage approval through my bank and it took them 2 weeks just to schedule a meeting with the corporate office on the other side of the state. Incredibly satisfied with Rapid Mortgage, and interest rate was identical to the base rate offered by my bank.
