      They refuse to refund overdraft fees due to a purchase that was refunded due to it being unauthorized. That one purchase caused other negatives and when I explained they said oh well since they covered the charges I owe the fees.

      Incredibly rude people most unprofessional bank I have ever been in!! Would never recommend going here to anyone!! Please hire new tellers and management I have been with credit unions for over 25 years and never been treated so rudely! Very disappointing
