  They are always super friendly but it takes forever. Being friendly is great however, my time is valuable and today I listened to the girl chat about how they're hiring and just basically bs with the young people right before me. With two people working, on a Thursday, I should not have been there for nearly as long as I was. So overall, very friendly employees but the time of the individual customer doesn't seem valued.

  Great People,Great Service But I Don't See Why They're Not Pet Friendly At Least While Doing The Transfer. I Mean It's Not a Restaurant Or a Hotel. I Think It Would of Made alot Of Sense If This Place Was Pet Friendly But The Person I Talked To On The Phone Wasn't %100 Sure.🤥 Because It Would Literally Make None Sense If That Was Their Actual Policy.

  I had a $800 check, I needed to cash it, it was President day all the Banks were closed. After over 45mins of verification of the check. They wanted to charge me $80 to cash it..Really!!!!!! How yall came up with that fees???? I took my check back and went to Mac's Liquor store on Northline and Pardee.. He only charged me $6🤑🤑..

  Terrible experience. I will not return to that location. The customer service representative, Amber is the reason why. She was very rude, snippy, and was unprofessional. She talked down to me like I was child. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Amber needs to be terminated or retrained. I was very displeased and unhappy with my experience at this location.

  I love all the people here from Bridgette and Sam specifically lol! They make you feel so welcomed! And if there’s any problems they work with you!

  Nice, friendly service, but this place is so slow. One person here and still takes 20-30 minutes to get a check cashed.

  This place seems not to like keeping cash on hand and doesnt have money to cash payroll check but yet they call themselves a cash checking place..they just want you to buy there prepaid card and load money to you charged all the fees...this place is joke

  The workers there are always customer friendly, helpful and energetic!!! I recommend this place to anyone!
