  Went to cash a check from a retirement bank and J.D helped me out great customer service very appreciated for his help when my bank was giving me hard time to verify a check I recommend this place to anyone cashing checks or loans

  Let me just say over the phone no help at all they say go to the actually location they will help you out. Get here just to stand around for 30min idk I’m over this bad service. All I needed was my email on the account.

  Store opens at 9am and I was told to leave the only shaded parking area at 8:15 am while taking a break by a young lady that drives up to my car in a gray trailblazer. Horrible, I can only imagine what the customer service is like. I will not recommend even going in this store yet alone doing any business with this or any checksmart in the future.

  Very bad customer service, the guy was not professional at all. I was there to pick up money on western union and they’re not able to do it for some reason, The supervisor tried to help me out but the issue never got resolved and she didn’t know what to do next. I end up going to deferent company to cash my money out with no issues at all.

  If I could give it a zero I would. I never in my life have been so upset at a place. I went to go cash a state check . The woman behind the counter tells me we don't have the funds to cash your check. I said you're a check cashing place how does that make sense. She asked me how much was the check for I told her and she said are you in our system ? I said no I'm not she said well I'm sorry I can't help you. Ok well that's fine I'll just put my experience out there. Please if you're smart don't go to this place
