  I received great customer service from Luz! She was such a great help from the moment I walked in. Being new to Arizona she was very transparent and was able to answer all of my questions. It’s very challenging to find professionalism, I will recommend her to people I know.

  The ladies here are always so helpful! Eli is always prompt and delivers excellent customer service. I withdraw my money from my insight card on Wednesdays because I get paid early with the card.

  Very good service! Eli and Yessenia are always very nice. They always greet me as soon as I walk in. I go every Friday to cash my check with them.

  All the representatives (Liz & Jennifer) went above and beyond to help me with a title loan "buy out" from another company. Especially the manager who met me at the other company to prevent further runaround and missinformation. I am more than grateful. Thank you for everything. Greg B.

  I honestly wouldn't even give it 1 star. I took out an express loan from this location back in October of 2014. I was always on time with my payments and eventually paid it off. Earlier this year I decided to take out an express loan again from this location for reasons between checksmart and I. Unfortunately I lost my job back in June and wasn't able to make any payments of any amount. I recently started a new job back on the first of this month and I'm still not able to make payments because I have other more important bills to pay. I've communicated with them over and over that I WILL pay the loan off in full like how I did the first time but that I need time due to my other severe financial circumstances. Of course they don't care nor do they not stop harassing me at least 4 times in one day. I WILL NEVER SERVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN AFTER I PAY THE DAMN 800 DOLLAR LOAN OFF!

  Horrible!!!! The young lady that helped me had very bad customer service. She was chewing gum with her mouth wide open and blowing bubbles while she was talking.
