  I went here to see if I can get a loan and the first time I stepped in this business, I have experience nothing but wonderful, friendly, and professional customer service. The ladies here are ALWAYS friendly and greet you with a "Hello". They service everyone professionally and help them however they can. They must follow rules to a T that is why they must verify everything and ask questions. It's money they are dealing with. I am always happy to see they do their jobs very well to protect our money and identity from thieves.

  Wouldn't recommend going here. That fat lady in the back has poor customer service. My mom is a little illiterate as she's not from the states and English isn't her first language. She poor when it comes to spelling so she misspells my name at times. She sent me a check to cash and use for an apartment for her. I handed that fat lady the check and she called my mother to verify. My mom didnt answer because she was at work so this fat lady decides to call her higher up to ask for an okay to cas the check. I could hear her on the phone telling the higher up that the hand writing on the check and mine look very similar, as it it were her job to match handwritings. Then I asked her why she said that and she didn't have a good answer other than, she's your mom so why did she misspells your name. I'm just like, first off that's very rude and I'm an army vet and it's clearly shown on my license which I handed her. I have no reason to steal people's money. I make enough of my own. I wouldn't recommend going here. That fat lady is arrogant. She doesn't need to be working there. Telling lies and her own opinions.
