  I love this place, When I needed a loan they didn't turn me down I just wish they was like the online loan companies, and could loan you more but due to the laws here in Michigan they can't.

  Thieves! To steal $40 from a child and then accuse the child of misdeeds. As I said " fear God". You lost a customer over $40. I certainly hope I was worth it!!

  Older lady ask for My ID..never happen & before this a guy cut infront on me ...this place is going down hill..need more staff..

  Do not use this place if you just want to send through western union. I went here because it was close by. They require a lot of paperwork and info, charge a fee on top of the WU fee and takes longer. Wish I went to a Meijer. People are nice though so 2 stats for that.

  I wasn't treated nicely over the phone. I cashed a check there a month prior in which they charged way too much to cash it. The rep that serviced me told me they do taxes and they give $1000 cash advance for those that are eligible. I called today to get more info and prices and she said she couldn't give me that information over the phone. Huh? It's not like this is top secret government information, it's just the prices for services they told me they provide. That's like me calling the cable company and asking how much it'll cost to install service and they tell me they can't give me a price over the phone. I'll just take my service else where.

  At check smart the staff is always friendly to me Sometimes there's a 15 minute wait But that is expected in a business And it is a lot cheaper cashing a check at check smart then at the bank where the check is credited to I will always recommend check smart to family and friends

  This place is a rip off! Charged over $70 to cash a $2000 check. It was cheaper at the party store. Never Again!
