  Absolutely amazing customer service! Started with online chat with Alfonso, then he directed me to the store where I was helped by America. She was very professional and respectful. Got me in & out also. Amazing 1% fee not to mention. Thank you again! I’d strongly recommend these guys.

  I had an amazing experience with this business. Jolyn couldn't be more on top of it. She is super sweet, nice and her sense of humor is what customers need! She made me feel comfortable and always kept me updated! Thank you and I would recommend this place 100%!!

  JOLYN was awesome today. I’m new to the area and been having a hard time cashing my checks. I called and spoke with Joylyn, the following day in went to cash my checks and had no problem. Keep up the great, fast, and speedy service. I will return and JOLYN now has a customer for life! Kudos to JOLYN!!!

  This place is fantastic. They're fast, inexpensive and Jolyn is a dream to work with, she's always incredible, kind and funny. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to cash a check without paying an arm and a leg.

  Jolyn is amazing !!!! She was very helpful I loved that she engaged in conversation ! Her energy is amazing ! I was having a bad day and she turned my whole day around and talked to me through the whole process. I appreciate her so much !

  Attempted cash a check 2 times there first time said they didn’t have enough money after I wanted 30 min. Next time I went had 2 smaller checks not more than $700, was told to wait while she send Copy of check to manager after a 10 min wait was told to bring the check back Monday then they will cash. It was Saturday and needed cashed then. Never going back there!

  I'm sorry about your experience. We do remember you and we couldn't verify the check on your first visit, so we couldn't cash it. Happy to cash your next check up to $1,000 at no charge, though we do need the maker of the check to be open when you come in so we can call -- at least we need that the first time you cash with us.
