  What ever lady works at 7:30pm is a piece of work. She wouldn’t give her name or her managers name when speaking with her over the phone. She was rude and very unprofessional. She hung up on the owner of our company and refused to answer the phone upon redialing the phone number. No one should use this place. All over a company paycheck because she didn’t feel like calling to verify it. If your not a people person you should not work in a customer service environment.

  I used to have a loan here, paid it off back in April. Every time I'd come in the store, staff were awesome, friendly, and fast. Shoot, even the new hires they had knew what they were doing. I'd definitely suggest this branch of Checkmate to anyone who's in a pinch and needs some help. Been to a few different ones, but this one stands out by far.

  Amber was super helpful, and very polite and quick in helping me. I showed up as they opened at 9 am and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thanks guys!

  Love this place always fast and easy to deal with plus the girl that always helps me reload my debit card is so nice plus she gives great customer service
