  They report being open until 5 pm but the doors were locked at 4:45 with an employee clearly visable who had sight of the door. The sign hanging on that door showed hours thru 5pm, but apparently the employees here like to knock off a bit early. They also chose not to answer their phone at 4:50 pm. Perhaps if they don't want to work their full shift, they should update their stated hours, both online and on their own front door. My time is too valuable to waste it driving to a business that isn't even open, just as their time is too valuable to apparently spend it working.

  The lady working helped me get approved for a payday which I am forever grateful for, your company blessed my family in a time in need, my kid's we're very happy when I got off work and surprised them with a trip to the store, yes it's a holiday and yes my kids did receive presents, it's store runs and picking what they wanted was the highlight of my day, thank you thank you 🙏🎀🎁🎉 and I was able to take my client out for dinner she's an elder and was happy as well. Keep being awesome you guys are the best 😁😉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  So because I dont have a corporate bank account like BOA and everything I have a digital checking account then they wont loan to me. I have a debit card and everything , it accepts deposits and debits and everything a regular bank account does but because its not Wells Fargo or anything they wont loan you. So good luck there are alot of people now a days that do have only digital ! I WONT BE BACK EVEN IF I DID GET ONE BUT IM NOT! DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT!

  Chris and Lani have always been awesome, I have been going there for years. They know what customer service is and provide above and beyond customer service and beyond. The only reason I would not go there is if they were home. You guys are amazing at what you do. I didn't like they moved to auburn, but we can thank the state of Washington for that. You guys rock!!! It's always doing business with Chris and Lani.

  The guy manager is so creepy, literally watched me the whole time I was doing my application and told me only he can process it and I can’t wait for the other rep to do it. Idk if he was stereotyping me by race because of the identity thefts they’ve been having but I told him multiple times he made me feel uncomfortable not everyone with wild hair is a scammer.

  Black chick that works Saturdays, the first time I went in she was nice every time after that she was SO rude to me I couldn't believe it, she really needs to work on her customer service skills.

  I look online to see if they cash paychecks and it said yes I drove here and the man goes well is this company open now is the payroll department open now. What the f***? I mean how do you get a f****** check cashed

  Hi Stacy, unfortunately if we have not cashed a check from that company with you before, we do have to call to verify the check prior to cashing it. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, but this is our policy.

  The worst check cashing place in the history of caching not only do all of their systems live in the 1980s there is absolutely nothing the people that work there can do They have limits on caching and then when you think you have solved the problem they look in the White Pages to verify checks which is absurd this company does not care about you at all

  The manager there is really helpful and is always available to answer questions. Even when there busy he greets everyone with a smile.
