  You would think that they would take these reviews into consideration and follow up with employees or management. Would give ZERO stars if I could absolutely no manners or human decency. Been coming here for years and every time it’s the same thing just ruins your mood dealing with such nasty attitude honestly.

  My sister and I went there to cash a check and first the cashier was rude stating she had to answer a text before taking care of us. Second my sister gave her two proofs of I.D (drivers license and work I.D) the cashier asked for my sisters social security and as my was giving it to her, she said she needed to scan the original SS card. We never heard of needing 3 forms of I.D to cash a check so we asked the cashier why and to be honest she was very rude, very unprofessional and refused to give us her name. We walked out and definitely never going back. Terrible service!

  All workers there are mean and rude. They don't even say hello when you pull up to counter. Their mute and mean! Horrible service too

  Initially I gave this business one star but after sharing my concerns with the owner/leadership I decided to change the rating from 1 to 3 star. The owner immediately addressed my concerns with the employees. I always aim to support bay ridge local businesses; due to leadership prompt attention to the concerns shared I'm deciding to give them another try.

  Elmer - as I mentioned in my email to you today (Saturday), our area manager/partner will be reaching out to you to get additional details. We apologize we did not live up to expectations. Once we get additional information from you, we will fully investigate and ensure this will not occur again. As a preliminary matter, checks which already bear a stamped endorsement by another financial institution do require additional due diligence on our part. Our employees should have handled this better and properly communicated this to you. Again, please accept our apologies and expect to hear from our staff.

  Teller named Pilar has the worst attitude ever! None of the other employees have ever given me hell like what this “animal” put me through just to cash a $68 check?!? Seriously? She’s a disgrace to the neighborhood period... The rudest person I’ve encountered in such a long time! Took all I have not to wait for her after she clocked out!! I will never cash a check there again just because of her! I will just deposit it in TD bank... Pilar needs to be fired!!!

  I've gone to this place 3 times during business hours listed on the door and not once have they been open. If you've updated your business hours the least you can do is make your customers aware.

  Not one customer in there and I waited about 5 minutes to be called because one girl I guess didn't want to work so she finally points me to the older lady who still didn't call me right away. If people don't like working with the public then they shouldn't be working such jobs.

  I tried yesterday at 5 when yous said we're open until 6. Today says 9am-3pm. Where are yous, there are many people waiting outside?

  This place is the worse you need to take this address off of Google they do not service people who do not live in the area so I Googled and drove 10 miles to come to the place for them to tell me that they don't service me because I don't live in the area nor do I work in the area so they only want neighborhood money nothing wrong with that but they should not be on Google if they only service to people in the neighborhood the people in the neighborhood don't need to Google their address they know where they are
