  Please don't come her .... Worst experience of my life that I inder first of all every time you pay your 2 weeks that adds up to the loan that you borrow so in the end of the loan you probably pay him them two times as much as you want and then when you find that out you pay them off and then they don't have your title they jerk you around on where and where and where and then they tell you it's an Austin and then they tell you they don't know about it and then they tell you that they're trying to do what they can so please don't come to this loan place unless you're stupid and you think that they're giving you a good deal which they're not just letting you know don't ever come here worst experience ever

  very upset the Customer service was great at the time as i was told if you are able to pay off your loan within the week there will be no interest charge so i did so i payed off my loan and some how now my title is not available its going on 3 weeks and i have not received my tittle thats is very non professional

  Hello everybody... Okay so allow me to give you the entire experience. I pull up. I walk in the building. I was greeted with a smile by two ladys. They were both very professional. The first question they ask was do you have a title and your ID OR DL. They take it and make a copy of your ID they have you fill out a one page application (super easy Y'ALL) aftrr that maybe two minutes later they ask for the keys to your car they check it out come right back in and give you how much they are able to do. No gimmicks no games. They tell you what they will do. You take it or leave it. But they will ask you how much you need okay. You all can say deal or no deal if its a deal you literally walk out with the cash in hand the entire process maybe took 15min or less. Omg im lile whaaatt. Lol BUT IF YOU NEED A LOAN AND IN A BIND THEY ARE THE ONES TO GO TO. I PROMISE I WOULD GO BACK. ALSO THEY LADYS ARE AMAZING THEY HAVE GREAT ATTITUDES THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH BECAUSE YOU NEED A LOAN. LOVE THEM. THANKS TEAM CHECK N TITLE LOANS!

  I wouldn't even give one star if I wasn required. Would not accept me for not having a social security card physically at hand. However, I had it on hand via email. Because I'm not sure who actually walks around with their social card at hand aside from my Grandparents!! Goodness, it's 2017. So, you all require it, only to fax, or copy it. Which is still the exact same thing that I've already prepared for you! So, yeah. Not pleased at all. Then try and speak in Spanish to another co worker. Hey ladies, news flash! I'm black pero mi hablar y comprende espanol!! Mucho! So, good day! And blessings your way. Or shall I say. Dios te beindega. This is for the location on Buckner Dr!
