  The store manager Derek was welcoming from the start! Respectful all the while professional and detailed! My sister didn’t know exactly what to have or expect but from his obvious experience and calming voice he explained literally point by point without frustration with a smile and constant gestures to assure that she understood!

  From my very first encounter with Derek Hill I knew I was in the right place. He was able to cash an out of state check for me and was very professional and friendly. He totally made my day brighter. since that day I have used them several times and will continue to do so while in Michigan. Its nice to see someone take pride in their job and actually want to help the customer.

  Had been here about 6 months ago, and wasn't happy with the service I got as far as getting my questions answered. Went in last week. New manager. She was amazing. Outstanding customer service. And the netspend card she recommended is awesome! Gladly will pass by three other stores to go back here.

  Derek Hill helped me. It was my first visit so it took awhile. He helped me untill after the doors were locked. He went the extra mile. He was friendly eventhough he had many other customers at the same time.

  For years I’ve used check n go services online as a way to pay for school. I finally got the chance to stop into the location in Southgate and they’re very helpful and friendly. They also made sure I knew about other ways to help pay for school using their service which I appreciated. Everyone greeted me at the door with a smile which is rare now a days in customer service.

  I came in due to some unexpected college expenses and they were very helpful and explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. The process was quick and simple. I would definitely go to this location if needed in the future.
