  I've been here a couple of times and Jalia is always warm, knowledgeable and patient with me. Keep up the good work young lady! The great customer service is very refreshing!

  Great atmosphere I originally came in to cash a business check. The store manager Tracy was wonderful she was very professional and pleasant. I love great service in the city. Keep it up ladies.

  **Long Post 🚨** Often times we wonder who can we turn to when we are in trouble? Some would say God and though that’s too is a good answer, if you’d ask me I’d say CheckNGo on Grand River & Greenfield. On the day I applied for a payday loan I found this location by a mere chance. Upon my entry the staff was smiling and the store was empty. I was greeted by the manager I believe her name was Stacy. She was immensely warm and personable her smile illuminated the room and her laugh was infectious. I relayed to her how embarrassed I was about having to borrow money and like a best friend or mother figure she consoled me and ensured me that I’ll be ok. She made jokes and lifted my spirit and she even sang a little song for me. I got a counseling session, comedy show, concert and cash money in hand all in one stop. I would recommend anyone to come to this location. And to the manager Stacy you really changed my life and I’m so thankful to have even come into your space I feel forever changed. Not that I plan on it but I’m forever a customer here.

  Representatives work in a professional manner and is mindful they are serving the public. However, the waiting time: a couple of hours on an average, is outrageous to repay a loan. High volume days, like the first of the month. there should be more representatives available.

  My first time applying for a loan and I haven’t had NO problems with this location ( Grandriver & Greenfield). Staff is very friendly and helpful every visit and always give me reminder phone calls!

  After a lengthy wait to get my paycheck cashed. The employee, while holding my check in her hand, says "excuse me guy? You have to go to the bank across the street. We can't cash it." The bank it was drawn on was a different bank than the one across the street....
