  No one showed up today to open, waited an entire hour just to realize no one not even a manager would show up all day. Truly embarrassing

  Love these guys! Abundantly accommodating, and profoundly professional. I have a large, bi-weekly check and they were super fast to help me out. Get your cash without breaking the bank. I will never go anywhere else.

  These people are idiots! It is always something with them. They are overworked understaffed under educated or whatever excuse works today. They are slow and their requirements are demeaning. If I didn't have to recertify every single time I walk through the door they might be worth a visit. The wait time is ridiculous then you get to the teller and she answers the phone, for someone sitting in lobby trying to pay their advance. What gives?! Will not be using these services again.

  Ric was very helpful when the other 2 places here in Owosso we’re not friendly and helpful. One didn’t have money and the other couldn’t sign in to her computer. Defiantly will come here again!

  so y'all this place fired a mother of four because she was having problems with day care due to covid19. never had a write up, called in one day, and was a manger. shows you how much they care.

  You are able to get in and out fast without any problems best place to go to cash any type of checks

  Waited for an hour and a half just to get in line.There was 1 lady working, she was very nice, but very slow. Not a happy customer today.
