  Donyail had excellent customer service skills! Very polite and pleasant! Very prompt and accurate! And I had a great experience in cashing a check there for the first time. Clean atmosphere! Recommend!!!

  It is very convenient for me. They worked with me when my SS check got sent back and I had to wait about a week before it was sent. They were just great about the whole situation. I can not say enough positive things about the the staff. They are very pleasant and helpful.

  I arrived at your location to re-loan and after waiting for a while for the person in front of me I was told that I need to call the location where I am? to pay over the phone. Did not make sense but I sat down and called the number only to experience one of the most frustrating phone payment system I ever had to use. I was kicked out of it twice after keying in all the information. Now I am having to wait for the person who came after me to finish. I conveyed my concerns to the young lady behind the counter and she said she does not agree with your policies and that she was not the one who make customers pay over the phone. I was taken aback by her response and decided to leave and informed the young lady that when you ready to get my payment to call me. As I walked out I heard the young lady yell something from behind the glass door. I immediately returned to be told in a threatening tone that if I don't pay by the end of the day the she is sending my check to the bank. Okay, is it not the purpose of me giving you a check is to send to the bank, so I asked for her name and she said Jackie. It is utterly ridiculous that your company and the staff that represent it treat your clients As such. I have used your services consistently for the past two years. Every time I stop, one of your representatives reaches out to me to use your services again. Today has done it for me and I will not be back.
