  Honestly, the customer service I received from Diamond Johnson was amazing. I was so grateful for her assistance. She was very kind, speedy and considerate. I had never used Check `n Go before and my first experience was amazing. I am definitely recommending this place! Thank you, Diamond!

  Stacy always makes sure to take care of me and help me if there is something I'm missing or dont understand. Great customer service, very attentive to everyone in the room and prompt. Give that girl a raise!

  Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to bring a stub in EVERYTIME I come in, even though I am a recurring customer. Also there should ALWAYS be two employees working on Fridays.

  This is the best location! First time ever coming and Stacy was the most helpful person. If your ever in here ask for Stacy she is ready and willing to answer all your questions and fulfill all your needs.

  My husband came here to cash a personal check on a Friday. He called prior to going and they said yes they cash personal checks. When we arrived, worst customer service ever. The woman working had a horrible attitude and wasn't informative. He spent about a whole hour waiting for an answer. It was almost 6'o clock (all other bank were closed) and she says hja request was denied and didn't even give a reason or paperwork. And another point, even he could cash it she told him they didn't have enough cash in the register so he would need to put it on a NetSpend card....just terrible.

  Ms. Donna has been exceptionally professional. With effiecency she will handle your business. If your looking for a check n go, this is the place to be. Check them out.

  I went in to check and go to ask questions and see if I was eligible for a installment loan and There was a employee there named Diamond who was there who was so friendly patient and helpful through the process after I was denied I got upset and started telling Diamond why I really needed that loan Diamond was awesome and a team leader for check and go and was fast for a second solution and helped me solve the problem with a financial plan and made sure I walked out with a smile on my face she simply is awesome ethical professional:)
