  Judy Martin is the only reason I do ANY business at Check n Go. I have followed her to several different locations because she is truly an exceptional employee who is a very thorough and detailed oriented professional. She deserves not only positive acknowledgement but also a well deserved raise or bonus. I see her role as a District Manager some day because she’s that good.

  Her name is JUDY. Alot of these google reviews seems FAKE . I advise people to go to a different location for a loan. Judy was very RUDE and snappy with us in there and knew the denial status before still making us sign and hand over personal documents refusing to get rid of our bank statements and social as from her rudeness, we didn’t feel comfortable letting her keep our documents. Said by law she has to keep them when other places shredded our stuff in front of us . Even if it’s true , She was also taking personal calls huffing and puffing at us being there. She said she couldn’t put our overtime we make weekly shown on our pay stubs on the account when we have to work the required hours and make $500 a WEEK. WHY !? All our pay stubs say the same amount DUE to the hours we HAVE to work. We recorded some of the situation. They need to do something about this women. People like that shouldn’t be handling people’s socials and bank numbers. Honestly felt she might have been a little racist as her face tooted up as we walked in. We told her we felt she might be racist and she never once denied it. . We had to call a manager ... if you don’t like your job then QUIT. We know her name ( JUDY) and will be calling corporate. Her energy was HORRIBLE. It’s ok to have a bad day , but don’t take it out on customers making you lose business.

  Judy must pay people for good reviews... First of all was not greeted when came into the store. 2nd she coughed repeatedly in my face at the counter. Not once did she say excuse me. 3rd she actually filled out portions of my application that I was supposed to fill in not her!!!! Not friendly and acted as if it was a bother...she coughed enough another employee ran from her....asthma or not dont cough in people face!!!. I would highly recommend another location. Why she filled in parts of the application that I was supposed to fill in I'm still clueless. She asked the questions out loud for the parts she was filing in. Isn't there some type of privacy law ...I will be contacting corporate.

  I absolutely adore Dejae! She was patient, informational, and gave me all the benefits I needed to take care of my Business. It was a ruff Month for me and her customer service and patience made it better!! Thank you!!!

  Very different atmosphere, the staff and store manager is very nice, patient, and professional. They provide great service with understanding and knowledge. They introduced themselves and answered any questions I had without no problem.

  Bre at this location is awesome. She was approachable and super sweet. She greeted all the customers as they entered the office. She was so patient with this elderly gentleman. She explained everything she was doing to him. She didnt have an attitude when he couldnt hear her. She just kindly repeated what she said. Bre is bomb!!

  The lady who works at this location has an bad attitude. She need a lesson on customer service. On two separate occasions I've had to deal with her and it the same. Greeting the customer and asking how may I help goes along way. Terrible customer service.

  Store was clean, matt was awesome, matt took care of everything and everyone!!! He never took a break because he knew his customers came first. On fridays he was always alone, but still took 2-3 customers at once! Once ii saw he was no longer working there ii stopped going there. That store always had people complain that the girl there was slow! Once matt came in it was like a breath of fresh air! Once in a while ii could not make it in to the store and matt told me to just come in for 30 seconds to sign an extension and ii did. Matt was the best manager there. Also ii got to meet the district manager there once with Matt and she was very rude to me and matt. He did not say a word he continued to do his job and took care of me. It was a loss for the store because matt is no longer there. And ii also still keep in touch with him. Last time ii went to that store there was a new girl there, door was locked in the middle of the day no one cared, store was a mess!!! The new girl there was rude and she was really slow at her job. I’m sure all the customers ii met in that store want matt back and ii do too.
