  Went in for information about the services offered and left with all of my questions answered. The girls were very helpful and professional. The store seems to be very busy but the girls greeted every customer that comes in the door. Customer service is on point here.

  Horrible , slow service . Always under staff they do not know how to manage a store who appears to have a high volume of customers on a daily basis . Every time i come in here there is 2 employees and one of those will be assisting customers the other will be reviewing paper work . There is no consideration to customers there waiting over 30 minutes to conduct business or be helped . Unfortunately , i come because i have to since is the nearest Western Union location but is a horrible experience everytime i come.

  Terrible service and I've never been to a payday loan spot where it takes 30 DAYS for a check to clear! And where they give you a card that charges you for using it!' Won't recommend or go back! Terrible!!'
