  Very awesome place! The customer service reps were very down to earth, friendly and professional. Got us processed and check cashed very quickly, 10/10 would recommend.

  Honestly horrible, you can assure i will not be back. My husband had to cash his check so he went here thinking he could get the whole check cashed. They told him that he could only cash $200 the rest would have to go on a prepaid card. Plus charge $50 to put the money on a prepaid card. Honestly this place is ment to cash checks how can you not cash the whole thing. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever gotten from anyone. Edit: Ok so we were told after the prepaid card was activated that we would be able to use it as normal and withdrawal money from it. Come to find out the only thing we can do is use it in store. So now we cant pay our bills or withdrawal from it to pay our bill. Hopefully we can get this settled with our bank before our electric gets cut off. Unless your check is $200-$300 dont bother cashing your check here. And yes we did contact customer service with no help.....
