  Pulled up to cash a check at 1:50PM and while making sure I had all my identification and my check ready, they put a “WILL RETURN” with the hands pointing to 3pm sign up on the door. I was parked in the first spot perpendicular to the building. I wish my job gave me more than an hour for lunch. Won’t try going here again. The check into cash by Dominos got my 97 dollar check cashing fee instead. I’d give zero stars if I could just because the neckless clerk really waddled the to the door to do that while i was next to it. /kanyeshrug

  Ravien took my payment via over the phone, after confirming my payment went through, she then proceeds to tell me I will need to call my bank to stop the check she had deposited that same morning. Instead of her telling me that BEFORE she took my payment, she unethically took my payment. Then it’s my responsibility to call my bank and pay a stop payment fee! Her supervisor is no better. He just told me to call customer care to voice my concerns, which I did several times and no one returned my calls and they never emailed me back. People come here when they need help, the least your employees could do is treat them with integrity but it’s clear they lack good business. I will never refer anyone to this place. Ravien needs to take an ethics class. She never even apologized SMH

  Raven provided quick excellent service at a reasonable fee ! i cashed a couple of money orders and i was pleasantly surprised at how fast the process was , I was in and out in just a couple minutes !

  The manager of the office took care of me herself. She was friendly and very informative. I will return here if the need arises again. Customer Service is a valuable asset

  I drove 15 miles to get a loan and the wouldn't let me get a loan because I didn't have a bank account long enough and when I talked to the girl on the phone she didn't say how long i needed to have a bank account open so I drove 15 miles for now reason

  Store hours are a joke. Close at 2pm one day, 7pm another, plus the random closings in the middle of the day. I understand being single staffed and requiring breaks, etc, but the inconsistency not to mention the inconvenience of being on a time frame and not being able to pay when planned is unnecessarily stressful.
