  The manager, Amanda Robinson at the Western Shamrock location is amazing at her job. She is so willing to assist her customers and to do what it takes to make sure we are satisfied. I would continue to do business with this company as long as we have her to do business with. She has done my taxes and is very thorough at doing so. She makes sure everything is complete.

  My visit was awesome today! Carolyn was able to help me get an increase and still be able to afford their monthly payment for the new loan. I recommend this loan company over any others in the Lake Eufaula area.

  Not a very convenient loan company in this day and age! They do not accept online payments, they do not accept payments over the phone, you must come into the office to make payments. Would not have accepted the check they sent me if I had known this.

  Had a great experience with this bussiness. Very nice, professional! It was a Saturday and after leaving is when noticed it was after her closing time but she never rushed she completed everything and answered all our questions. Great customer service, ty!
