  This is the 3rd time I have been to this store and they have closed early without any signs on the door or any type of communication whatsoever. The only option is to pay online with a fee when the store doesn't even stay open during the posted business hours. Absolutely not

  This place is fantastic. They have a new manager there and he's a rock star. Great people skills, will literally do anything he can to help you out. The best check n go in the state. Hell its the best payday loan/check cashing place in the state!

  Stopped by Check n go off 75th and switzer Rd in Shawnee ks . Cashed a payroll check. Store clerk was very helpful . Service was surprisingly very fast. Store was very clean. Cashing fee about same as walmart cashing fee , Exception much faster. No waiting in lines. Local residents should stop by and use this great resource.

  I hate this place cause it always takes so long, I'm sure it's because of their prehistoric system they have, I loathe coming to this place. Anyway, this past Friday I forgot to bring my latest pay stub and I was on my lunch break. Rowan went above and beyond to help me upload my pay stub online. When the online system wasn't working she went as far as letting me email it to her and she went ahead and uploaded it through her phone. Great customer service! Most definitely made the unpleasant experience of being at a check cashing place better. Rowan was really nice and helpful.

  Waited 45 minutes to cash a simple check. Lady did not have any idea what she was doing. 10 dollars to cash a basic check. This company is terrible never go here. Who needs to get a thumbprint and your social security number to cash a check?!?

  Misty help me out greatly very friendly engaing with.customers well and made my visit very comfortable. The amount she was.very reasonable come by and see if she can help you out

  I listened to a phone call between the new employee Kelly and a friend. She was so rude and disrespectful to him, it was clearly a miscommunication between, and she just kept blaming him, that it was his fault. HE wasn't even blaming them, he just asked why he didn't get any calls. I would say she either needs to be fired or retrained.

  big help. Had a check that was a decent amount of funds. She didn't have the funds in the store so went out of her way to go get them for me because she knew i need them. Great job.

  Complete waste of time to try and get a 401K check cashed because they “have to go to the bank” after they stated last night after we came in they would have the money on hand for us. Spent an hour up here for no reason at all because the lady can’t go to the bank until she helps out every other customer that came in behind us. This place is very poorly ran. How are you gonna be a loan/ check cashing place with not enough money on hand?
