  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Both ladies are very patient and accommodating. Ms. Donna was helping me initially, but then Ms. D finished the paperwork. She even hacked my phone 📱 (jk) to retrieve my pay stub cuz I had no idea what I was doing! Kudos! Keep smiling 😃

  Great service! Always polite, professional. The workers explain the process for you to understand very clearly. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Renee and Donna is super great too, a staple in the store. It's always clean and the wait time is never too long.   Very slow place, it took 2 hours for 1 person to be completed, very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this place to any friends or family, lack of service, helpless.

  Slow service and the staff are not professional at all. They will be taking their personal calls while with customers. Heck, they will even bad talk customers who aren't present to other customers.
