  The best customer service experience ever! Crystal is so personable... Very sweet and so helpful. I have had bad experiences in the past with loan places but Crystal has turned that all around. I never give great reviews but I had to come on here and tell everyone about my experience here! I am beyond grateful for the help that Check N Go provides my family and also for Crystal being such an amazing manager! Thanks guys!

  My best Check and go experience was right Here. The cashier/store clerk Crystal is amazing to work with. She's very personable, she's very patient and very kind. Aside from that, she follows through and make sure that you're taking care of business and you don't fall behind. I appreciate that in a loan officer.

  So thankful that I found my way to this location. I have been a customer here for a few years, but Crystal by far is the best with friendliness, speediness, and she takes pride in what she do. If your ever in need of a quick buck, come see Crystal in Hamtramck.

  They never update their hours, here it is Christmas Eve, the security roll-up gate is open, but door is locked, and i can't even reach them by phone. Came up here on a couple Saturdays, before closing time, and they were closed. I asked clerk about it, she said we are not open on saturdays anymore... Yet, the busimess hours sign says they still are. Other than that, the customer representatives are usually friendly and quick to get the job done.

  Horrible customer service. The lobby is packed on the 1st with only 1 person working. The worker has a bad attitude and no sense of urgency. Someone just killed a roach crawling up the wall. Go to another location if you can. Been waiting an hour to load my netspend card. Horrible location. Deserves ZERO STARS!!!!

  The office in Hamtramck is a well run and well organized office. There is very little waiting time, even when the manager is working alone. Compared to the other Check N Go offices I have visited, Hamtramck deserves a 5 star rating.
