      The local branch itself has a great gal working there who is always very helpful to, the best of her ability. That being said, I am very upset by the repeated delays and lack of response from upper management regarding my Referral Bonus from back in DECEMBER!!! You guys certainly wouldn't let us just play off our loan payment,so why do you feel it is okay to not reward me the $50 Bonus I earned??? If $50 was no big deal to me, do you honestly think I would need paycheck loans??? I would appreciate an immediate response to this, as it is now the first of MARCH!! TY Michelle

      Angela is the best. Please keep her in the Kearney office! The folks that are there when Angela is not are not as knowledgeable, friendly or considerate like Angela. I am disabled and have trouble standing Angela helps me.

      Terrible. Harrassed me when I asked for some help with my ( former ) loan account during the COVID pandemic. Manager tough to deal with. Do NOT recommend. AVOID.
