  So I forgot to make my payment by Friday evening. So I made a payment through their automated system the next day which stated a payment needed to be made so I made it. Turns out they took a payment as well on Friday. So the lady in the office proceeds to tell me I should’ve call. No ma’am, your automated system should be updated if you took a payment already. She offered to refund the money but not the overdraft fees. Which is terrible. My bank is like that’s ridiculous!!!!

  Sheena and Denise are like family so friendly and patient every time I come in, I love the atmosphere and the go getter spirit and always willing to do what they can to help
