  i went into the check and go today to get a loan and was helped by the amazing TEKOA.. very helpful super sweet and very educated in her job. wish i could give 10 stars!

  I see many people complained about Joan. However, they must be very impatient people. My husband and I grabbed a term loan today from them. Joan was super friendly. She took her time, but was efficient and kind.

  Went to send money stood at the counter because no one was in line Joan the clerk asked me to sit down while she assisted another customer on the phone and I did. But shortly after she got another call and took it then another one. I waited for about 15 minutes while she took several calls not even acknowledging me, when she could and should have just asked the next caller to hold so she could assist the customer in front of her. I completely wasted my time and was treated very poorly for no reason. Check n go in the colony has very poor customer service also I think she didn't want to serve me because I'm black not to play the race card but I'm sure she wouldn't have done that if I wasn't black.
