  I’ve been going to see the manager Erika and she’s always been super helpful to my experience with Check n go. I recommend this store and the manager because it’s usually cleaner than other stores and the staff is friendly. The store does a really good job at helping me stay on track with my loans.

  I come in person most of the time to make my payment. Ericka Hernandez has always taken care of me, my experience with her has always been most satisfing, she has a close connection with her customers, ,& if she wasn't at this branch I would not go elsewhere.

  The store manager Erika is very friendly, courteous, fast, and very knowledgeable. Bernalillo needs more people like Erika, always with a smile on her face.

  Tried to refinance a loan, and was not giving good quality of help. Didn't end up refinancing because of lack of communication by manager on duty. She passed on very vague information to the person in charge of the approval. They lost money because of lack of communication. Btw, with my current loan never late! Not to mention the store opened 15 minutes late. Will not be recommending this store in the future.
