  I tried the San Pedro location first because I had gotten a loan from that store in the past .. but as soon as I walk in the lady was rude from the start not only to me but with another gentleman who went in there. I said never mind after she said I wouldn’t be approved for nothing and came here to the San Mateo location and WAS approved. She was just being rude for no reason. And the lady who did my loan at this location (San Mateo) was very nice and helpful !

  I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia! She made my loan process so smooth and effortless. She worked with me in the areas I needed her patience with and got me approved and money in hand within a few hrs. Outstanding! Great service , GO SEE CYNTHIA ASAP 😁

  If I could give this place NO stars, you get approval online just for them to act stuck up and very unprofessional telling me they’ll call me back in 10 minutes hours later NO call back.
