  She refused me service when I needed help in I get loan from there all the time she told me to walk down to Madison to another loan company and she laughed in my face

  Courtney is so sweet and helpful! Ive been having a bad time lately and just the conversation I had with her the other day lifted my spirits. You can tell she honestly cares, and provides a genuine customer service experience. I have dealt with Latesha as well and she has always been great also. Nobody looks forward to running errands or paying bills, but I actually look forward to coming here, just because of the way im treated. I will never use another payday loan company again, as long as these girls work here.

  My last time visiting was in and out no wait because I went in before my due date. The 3rd of the month is very busy and Ms Phyllis does her best but she needs help. I'm asking customers to please be patience and asking Check N Go to give Ms Phyllis help on the 3rd of eavh month.

  When l spoke to the woman on the phone who was most pleasant. When l got to the store l was even more impressed she was the same in person as on the phone. She was most pleasing in person. She was very helpful and kind. She is an asseset to your company.

  I just met the new Manager for Covington, La'Tesha. She was great. Very clear on what I need to do and so nice and understanding. Honestly can't wait for her to turn the Covington store around for the better!

  Le'tesha is the sweetest girl in the world every time i go in there she treats me like royalty and i can honestly say she is one of the best people in customer service ive ever dealt with a true doll

  The customer service is great and she gets you in and out. She also does it with a smile which makes it a better visit. Stephanie is pretty too 😁

  Very poor customer service. We had to make three different trips back to this store for a loan to get different paperwork and all three times was told we couldnt use it. When we could have just went to the bank to get the correct paperwork. But by the time we made 3 trips home and back to the store the bank closed and we couldnt get the loan. We will never go back to this store ever.

  I have been doing business with them for a couple weeks. Should have walked out the first time. Very rude customer service. There's always at least two people there but only one does anything while the other site on her phone. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Two many competitor's to be disrespected.
