  After yesterday I understood the true meaning of racial profiling and discrimination. They said that I scared one of the workers and they didn't want to business with me. The short girl, I think her name is Kaylee, said she called the police on me last Saturday but she wasn't working when I went there that day. Then on Wednesday, I came in with all of my paperwork and three more customers came in after me. Stop helping me to help the white people. Anyone trying to get a loan or check cashed, don't go here.

  Called about cashing a check and was told 5.999% fee. I figured I would go there and save myself time from driving across town to my bank on my lunch break. They actually charge an additional $2 new customer fee and they don't cash the check, they put it on a net spend card (which has its own fees.) But I didn't find any of that out until after being in their store for over an hour. When I go into the store, even though the only employee there was working with someone, she acknowledged me and was extremely friendly. I can not stress enough that a 2 star rating does not reflect the employee at all. From the moment I walked in, I could tell she was overwhelmed and poorly trained. Also, they must give out your personal information because although I decided not to cash my check there, I am receiving marketing mail from them and ACE cash express. I have never been to ace nor have I ever gotten a cash advance loan anywhere.

  The short haired lady was very rude. I was the only person in line. She took her time serving me. After standing there for a good Few minutes of her staring at the computer, I asked her how long it would take. She tells me that she has to enter me into one system because I was new and then again into another one to cash the check. So I wait and she's still moving at a snails pace, seemingly on purpose. I then ask how much longer would the process be and she tells me she has to wait on the safe to open and not to rush her. Then she tells me that I could just go to walmart if I was in too much of a hurry. Thanks for the advice. I was in and out of walmart in 5 minutes and I paid $10 less for them to cash a check.
