  Last week on Tuesday one of the workers Tara was very helpful and polite to me during our call. She helped me get everything And do everything I needed and was very nice.

  Had a loan here. After months of on time payments I had called for an extention on 1 payment one week before that payment was even due. I was told that was fine and my account would NOT be charged. Well that was a lie. My account WAS charged costing my account to be over drafted. After 5hrs of getting the run around my account still hasn't been handled and the best they can tell me is that corporate will reach out in 3-5 business days. Will never recommend this company to anyone again.

  One of the employees Tara was very helpful and friendly when we spoke, if it’s your first time and doing a loan. I would recommend Check N Go and the employee Tara.

  I waited as Trina (Merrill) was helping an elderly couple and I was impressed with her soft demeanor and to understand that knowing to detail the transactions in words understandably easy to comprehend. If you will, I describe what took place as "step by step" process leaving nothing to be omitted. The elderly couple seemed more than happy with Trina and satisfied with their customer treatment received. Heck, I'd be happy as well. I did thank Trina on how she treated them and might had mentioned we all needed to be treated as well.

  Not only did Kris stay open for me until 6:30 she was very professional and sweet she was very pleasant to work with and I was in n out within a half an hour. I would recommend Check n go to anyone 🙂

  I went to the store on a Thursday night and I was greeted by Kris the store manager. She was so helpful and so sweet. She assisted me with what I needed to get done in a timely manor. Thanks Kris you were great!!!

  Check `n Go stands behind their name..... Fast Cash with outstanding service! Jessica is a fast paced, empathetic, sympathetic, and understanding Customer Service Representative.... who understands that times sometimes get tuff and you may need a helping hand or cushion to make it over...... Her knowledge, know-how, and whererathol to get the job done shows tribute to her Superiors.... She is the epitome of what Customer Service should be and stand for!
