  I called in to get help to make sure I got my new account information correct and for how is the easiest way to pay my bill , the lady I spoke to was great she helped me with everything I needed and was very professional and nice .

  Aqua uses a credit union to fiance you and marks it up. If you have great credit you wouldn't be using them in the first place. However alot of contracts use them and it works out great. They have higher interest rates then others but, If you need the work done you just do it. I'm giving 4 stars cause they will let u get the repairs done and help get you approved. However if u miss a payment you r gonna be taking a hit.

  Horrible company with horrible employees. Trust me you will regret doing business with them. They are not upfront and they have excuses for everything. Please pay attention to the reviews. They are posted for a reason. I should have listened but I didn't and now I regret EVER doing business with Aqua Finance. Honestly 1 star is too much but you have to give at least 1 star to make a post.

  I was introduced here by a company called water daddy. They screwed me over and then closed up shop. Aqua Finance however have been absolutely amazing. Josh was great to deal with today.

  I think we should all get together and file a class action law suit against this company. They are the worst finance company I have ever dealt with none of your money gets applied to your principal. They will not take your extra payments and apply them to principal. I took out a pool loan in the amount of $35,700.00. I have made 6 payments and my amount owed is more than the amount borrowed. In addition they funded the loan at 100% after being told it would be funded in 5 phases. Please join me in a class action lawsuit. This company is unethical and do not apply your payments to nothing but interest nothing goes to principal.
