      La’Raye and Carmen were the ultimate professionals. While being swamped with phone call and influx of customers they made sure I was taking care of. Kept me informed of the process every step of the way in between serving other customers. This above everything means the world to me and what customer service is all about. Highly recommended. They definitely deserve and earned some compensation after what I experienced today. Top notch customer service reminded me of my time in the military where I prided myself in this same area.

She is very professional, she has a good spirit, she has the perfect energy, I was having a bad day yesterday but after she got me settled and we talked she made my day turn around for the good. I truly recommend her for any service she really is a nice hard working woman I normally wouldn’t leave a review on anybody but she deserves this review and it’s 100% honest I truly would come back again just off her customer service alone I forgot to leave my review yesterday excellent job.

      La'Raye and Carmen were awesome. Nobody in Augusta would cash the check I had because of how much it was for. When I walked in I thought I would hear the same thing, but instead I was told it wouldn't be a problem at all. And they proved it wasn't a problem. They were both very kind and I felt like I have known them for years. Highly recommend. Thank y'all so much.

      Came at 11 AM and the lights were on but the doors were locked and no one was there. Is this place even still open? Please do not waste your time coming here

      Wonderful customer service skills. L’Raye turned a horrible day into a wonderful evening. I had to give her props for her handling my buisness when I walked in the door right at closing time as well.       Very reliable place of business. So after I had been to Walmart to cash a check and they asked me to sign it she looked at my check and refused to cash it ... amount too large ... after riding around all for two days getting told NO NO NO I can’t cash a signed check these ppl here helped me. My bank wouldn’t even help. This place helped me they were very nice understanding and trust worthy. I appreciate the two ladies that helped calm my spirits and help me cash my checks.
