  Sierra was absolutely awesome, she is very friendly, honest, thorough. She goes above and beyond for anyone in the store, welcomes and gives a courteous explanation if you gave to wait. Always has a great attitude, always smiling, just a breathe of fresh air when dealing with people on the daily. Look forward to coming in because it's always a great experience. It's nice to have a real genuine individual to deal with. Always a pleasure!!

  Maria zapata at the thorton location has the best customer service that I've ever seen in a long time. She was helpful and nice and answered all my questions . Definitely recommend this location

  My truck broke down. Needed quick help. This place is amazing. Kalei was great. She is friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in a timely manner. The store was clean. You need a loan this is the place to go.

My Name is Kelly Brook a customer at your check-in-cash establishment, and though I'm using my husbands google account to create this review it doesnt diminsh how strongly I want to express my own opinion/voice~ Today I came into check-into-cash, to do exactly what your store name entails, and the lovely women who helped me named KALEI CORRINGTON. She was a huge help to me and was so kind and caring! She made sure that all my questions were answered and even went as far to make sure I had everything I needed for future visits. I am so greatful to know there are still wonderful people working in customer service! It was refreshing to be treated so welcomely and fairly especially in a world with so few good people left.   Came in with a friend, while I was on vacation, the wait time was very little, normally these little places don't care how long you wait. The service was exceptional, they were very detailed and explained everything we needed to get the loan. As soon as the paper work is in order we will be back, the customer service was exceptional, the manager took the time to make sure I was well informed. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
