  The new store manager is very unprofessional and their employees are rude. Store manager was arguing with another customer and told him to never come back. The customer was calm and had incredible patience. He was complaining about the wait time which was accurate. There are many places in town like the one across the street that are much more professional. Once I pay off my loan, I will never return. Staff talks to you and is very demeaning with the customers. Yes we have a glitch with our finances now and that is why I am seeking temporary help. But they sure don’t value their customers. Store manager and staff needs to be replaced.

  They are very unprofessional. They tell and talk down to there customers as well as to the other employees that work there. The so called district managers are a joke as well. They have their favorites. Very unprofessional environment. No wonder why in the last 3 months I have seen 10 different employees working at the Hamilton location. Turn over rate for this company is very high and I understand why. They treat the employees like dirt.
