  Don’t waste your time or points on your credit score. The customer service is terrible, the loan officers could approve you today and deny you tomorrow. Their approval process is completely based on a whim. I’ve seen them approve some people and deny others with the same history.

  Never experienced such a polite and professional staff. Always seem happy to hear from me when I call to ask about my financing. I have used them a few more times over the years and have consistently great service. More companies should treat their customers like AgDirect does.

  I was probably Ag Direct’s most raving fan/ customer for the past 10 years. Literally hundreds of deals in the millions of dollars as a partner/customer for them. They used to take me out for lunch, buy me drinks at different events, always did outstanding to show appreciation. All of that was completely forgotten when a new? (Not sure) agent I’ve never met before this deal decided he had a problem. They didn’t bother to hear the other side of the story. I’ve never been treated so unfairly in my life. Forget it!

  Hi , I would like to express my appreciation for AG Direct . I recently bought a tractor and my dealer recommended AG Direct . I thought I could get a lone from InTerra Credit union (a local bank)that was a large mistake . They wanted 5.75% on a 5 year lone . But I went with AG Direct after all and I’m well pleased with a interest rate of 4.49% . And Interra credit union hasn’t dropped a bit. I will highly recommend Ag Direct to friends and family. Thanks Ag Direct for everything.🤙

  Best place to get financing for agriculture equipment. Superior Service. They are true definition of farmers resource. I do not know what i would have done without them.

  Unless you have the right last name or a rich daddy to cosign don't waste your valuable time with this lender. Their head is so far up their ass they can't see the light of day.

  Salesman not very professional. After we sealed the deal acted like he didn't know us. We have other options. I'll pay little higher interest rates.

  They should not be a ag farm loan place they know nothing about farming or service's I would not recommend them to anyone

  Do NOT work there. It's like a prison and the HR people are rude and demeaning.
