      Worse place ever! They don't explain anything to you at all! I went in to make a payment and because my last name on my debt card was different they wouldn't let me pay. The crazy thing is the account they draft out my account is the same last name as my debt card. So basically you can use anyone's account info to get a lone with them. They are very unprofessional and don't check anything until you try and pay. The thing is I was making a big payment to hurry to pay the loan off but it looks like they just want to continue drawing from my account that has the same last name as my debt card! That's a shady business! Do not go there!!!!
