  I go here to cash my payroll check. The customer service is above and beyond. Apart from the initial time going in to get signed up I’m always in and out within 10 minutes. Once they were helping two separate customers with title loans and was able to multi-task and get myself and another customer out with in 10-15 minutes. Both employees that I’ve dealt with there are very professional and personable at the same time. I’d recommend them to anyone who desires great professionalism, proficiency, customer service, and an all around great experience. Thanks for taking care of me.

  Came in 15m before closing. She had already been assisting another customer so I was assisted well past closing hours. I was never rushed and she empathized with me on my current hardships I was facing. These people care about their customers. Such a great feeling walking out of here. Amazing customer service. Super friendly staff.

  I had an issue getting a refund with some money orders purchased at Fred Meyer that I filled out and the payee couldn’t accept them. Fred Meyer wouldn’t issue a refund because I had no check cashing history with them. Ultimately I ended up at check into cash with advice from Western Union as the quickest option to cash these and recover my funds. I did have to pay 8% to cash them but Manuela Miranda took great care and made this happen. Very thankful and check into cash should be proud of her, she was professional and helpful. Thank you Manuela.
