  The gals that work there are wonderful and pleasant. They treat you with the upmost respect as a client everytime you go in to pay or borrow. They take time with you and don't rush you! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I have been coming here every two weeks for the past two months or so. There is one employee here who has some actual customer service skills, but even those are lacking. I went in there yet again today to pay back and redo my payday loan. The two attendants were too busy talking to each other (I don't know if it was work related, and I don't care) to greet me like a normal human being should be greeted. I had to repeat my request, because when I stated it the first time, the attendant who was not helping me was distracting the one who was with her chatter. It was not until mid-way through my transaction that they began to feign interest in my existence. I understand that this business doesn't have the same standards regarding customer service as would a place like Jack in the Box, or Macy's, but some acknowledgement in regards to my person would go a long way in making an extremely uncomfortable situation (I feel like I'm borrowing money and I don't like that feeling) somewhat tolerable. If there was any other location more convenient to me, I would frequent that establishment.
