  Josh was straight forward from the get go. Not once did I feel I was being scammed or BS’d. He explained everything and the whole process. My whole loan and escrow process was so smooth I could not believe I actually purchased a home. All was done in 2 weeks, waiting on escrow we closed under 30 days.

  Gold Standaed Mortgage really took care of my husband and I. We were first time home buyers and originally started with a different lender, but didn't feel like they were willing to put in the time to ensure that we understood the process. When we switched to Gold Standard Mortgage, we immediately felt heard and understood. Our agent Prentice Rios worked outside of regular office hours to accommodate our schedules and led us through the entire process. We didn't have a pre-approval letter when our offer was accepted on our house, and we never worried about the loan coming through on time. We trust Gold Standard Mortgage completely, and we are incredibly grateful that they worked so hard for us!
