  The girls there are very nice I have only had 1 bad experience with one of the tellers the one with the big crazy colorful nails she Is very rude. But other than that they are great !

  Awesome customer service, always friendly when I go in. I was in a pinch and totally spaced to pay them this past week, I gave them a call to let them know what happened and they extended it another week for me. They are awesome and will work with you if you call them! Lots of people are scared to call loan places when they are in a pinch but they will help! I will continue my service here and let other people know! Thanks Check City for being awesome! Please keep it up!

  Check city is the best! Ive been coming here to cash checks for the last 7 years and have never had a bad experience. The ladies are always very respectful and polite. Since Im a business owner i get checks from different customers all the time and even though they have to verify the funds before cashing them they do this in a timely manner. Ive also gotten payday loans there and they always text and call to let me know when they are going to with draw the funds from my account. I enjoy going in to see the ladies when I need to cash a check because they are helpful and they make you feel lile you are talking to a friend! Thanks ladies for all your great work and making me feel a welcome in check city😊

  Hands-down the best check cashing place in town. Always greeted with a smile The service here is amazing. Ladies behind the glass are Always in good spirit I would recommend this place to anybody and if you cash or check somewhere else your loss

  Had an amazing experience at Check City. I had to get a cash advance for car repairs. The girls were so very friendly and fast at approving me for the loan. I will recommend them to all my friends and family for all of their services.

  It's too bad I can't give less than one star. These morons are the most clueless idiots I've ever seen in my life. First of all I called ahead before driving down 40 minutes from Thornton. I asked very detailed questions about what I needed to bring with me and told them I banked with Fidelity. Fidelity, if you are as clueless as these pathetic morons, is one of the top 5 largest banks in the United states. The person "helping me" with my loan immediately started asking questions about my bank and I answered them clearly. My employer set up the bank account for me to work with my benefits and my direct deposit. She had to "go ask her manager to see if they were compatible" whatever the hell that means. What kind of ridiculous system are you using that might not be compatible with one of the biggest banks on the planet. Anyway Trista, the manager apparently said that because it was a Fidelity account it must be a Brokerage account, which its obviously not, as the statement I brought in clearly states it's a checking account of which I have 3 with Fidelity. So rather than calling the manager back and informing her of this, the girl tells me "well we just aren't compatible with banks that aren't like US Bank or TCF." I'm like WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN? I only came down here because my cell phone bill needs paid today and I wouldn't be so mad if I hadn't taken pains to call ahead before driving all the way down, to make sure that I had what I needed and it worked just fine. These people are absolute idiots who are obviously looking for reasons not to loan to a person who makes $50k a year with a good credit score. Trista the manager us the dumbest of them all. If you need a payday loan, go to speedy cash or ace. Those two both approved me without question within 5 minutes and I enjoyed the experience. Dont waste your time or your brain cells on these morons. Please. Also, I'm making them my personal project because I dont like idiots being in business. So if anyone has had the same or a similar experience please post a review to this effect. Thanks.

  The first time I use Check City, was very unpleasant experience. I used Western Union to send my Mortgage payment through Check City. the payment never went through the Manger Cynthia said they had a list of Mortgage company. I give them my Mortgage statement with the Loan number, mortgage company name western union password that they needed and my payment went to a bank in California and the Lady called me to see if I had an account with them. I said No that my Mortgage payment. These was weeks later. I never received a phone call from anyone from Check Cash the Manger Cynthia knew I was very unpleased with the experience. The Manager Cynthia said it was my fault. The customer fault! Poor customer service. I still own a loan and I called and asked why I never got a reminder call. Now they don't do reminders calls ,they do texts. I would like a reminder call and I would Like for Check Cash to honor there 10 grace period as well. I like to go in to the store and make my payment in cash. At this Check cash store it don't matter what the customer would like. The customer is always wrong. Poor Customer service.
