  When I first go in Joy knows my name and has it pulled up on the computer before I get to the counter. She is really fun and makes my day every time I see her. I just met Shelby, I thought she was pretty cool too. Keep up the fantastic work ladies!

  Fitzie is so nice and really cares about the customers she helped me and was so helpful and made it so stress free if you need some money to hold you over and great customer service go to Fitzie I will only go to that location from now on

  We were here at 6:45 and the doors were open the light turned off right as we opened the door and the guy said he was closed and wouldn't cash our check.

  Kim, we will look into this issue immediately. Our operating hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We have high customer service expectations and intend to deliver a quality experience from open to close. We will address this to ensure that future visits to our location will focus on servicing customers up until the store is closed and the doors are locked.   Needing a payday loan is never fun, but Check City has always made it an easy and comfortable process. I've used Check City time and time again and have never been disappointed in their customer service or had a bad experience. Everyone working there has a wonderful attitude and is completely personable. Keep up the great atmosphere! I will definetely recommend you guys :)

  Today check city gave the worst service ever. First Sydney let us wait in the chairs for her to finish up with her customer. A lady walked in and lined up in front of us and instead of her telling her to wait she continued to help the lady and let her cut in front of us. Then she said she needed a ss # for a check that we had an ID for. It wasnt a payroll check so why did we need a ss. Sydney was clearly being racist as we left and went to money tree with no problem. They had us in and out in less than 10 minutes without anybody cutting us or making excuses why they couldn't cash it. Check city lost our business thanks to Sydney and her unprofessionalism.   The employee was super helpful even though I walked in right as they were closing. Could tell it didn't please them but it got me to work for the week
