  I went to *try* and get my final check cashed here. The young man who helped me at the front was very kind and professional. The supervisor or manager named Lisa, whom I spoke to on the phone(for verification purposes), was extremely unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. And that was just over the phone. Definitely won't be trying this place again and I feel very sorry for whoever has to be treated that way by her.

  Rohnert Park Check Center was able to cash a California Lottery Payout check for me, when other local establishments said," not able to" . Remember, when no one else can, they can. This is in Rohnert Park, ca. Its the location nearest to RP mc Donald's on Southwest Blvd. Her name was Holley, she was nothing short of helpful, assertive and effective. Amazing to say the least.

  Generally good and friendly service but long waits. Be prepared to spend 10-15 min. Waiting. Today I waited in a four person line for 15 min. (Twice) there were two employees but only one open window. The other employee was just sitting there doing paper/computer work. If she had simply opened the second window when it got busy I would have added another star.

  Every time I've been in here everyone seems to be happy to go above and beyond for me. the 3rd time I went in, Esmerelda helped me and she is a keeper! She spent literally 25 minutes trying to help me figure out an issue that was not even her problem because I came in there to purchase a Cashier's Check (which they don't even do lol). She clearly just wanted to help me and went WAY out of her way looking up information for me to help me not be so stressed! THANK YOU ESMERELDA! You rock! --Ashley
