  I would like to personally recognize Cinthyia Lopez because she always helps me whenever I come and greets me with a warm welcome and always does it with a smile that is contagious even when there is a line or a small wait I never mind it because I know that the service over here led by Cynthia will always have me leaving feeling good and wanting to come right back to not only get my checks cashed and etc. But to see those people down there great business and once again thanks Cinthyia for all your help always 😊

  These ladies are phenomenal! They go out of their way to , make sure you are taken care of. I've been going to them for a while now and I lost my ID and they know me and since my information is in the system, they cash my check for me. I always have an old ID just I'm case. Y'all rock!

  I had a great 1st and 2nd experience here. My 3rd was not so great as they told me they couldn't provide me a loan and couldn't provide me an explanation as to why they were able to before and couldn't now. ***Update- I was contacted by the manager and she went above and beyond to help me out. I must say that I was surprised but very pleasantly so. Aside from the issue I had, service was great and I couldn't be happier.

  The people who work here are extremely friendly and provide excellent customer service. I decided to call before I actually drove to the establishment and found the person who answered was immensely helpful. Sometimes when you call a business on the phone, in Oakland, the person who answers is rude and less than helpful, but the people here deliver excellent customer service both in person and on the telephone. Unfortunately, they didn't give me completely accurate information over the phone which caused me to need to leave, retrieve documents, and return--standing in line for another 10 minutes although I was assured that I didn't need to wait in a line again.

  I was told over the phone that they had an option for me and convinced to come down to the store in person. It only took them a minute to tell me that I was actually declined. So I spent an hour of my time each way and bus fare for nothing. This place just wasted my time and money for nothing! They could have at least called to let me know and saved me some time.
