  Quick and easy. Enrique provided a great experience and wonderful customer service. Will 100% come back if I need to cash another check. The price to cash the check was only slightly more than apps that charge for instant deposits.

  I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service to Enrique Lopez. He is always cheerful and kind. He always make me feel welcome. And he is so patient when I have to do multiple transactions to different family members and different countries to provide support. Especially, nowadays with so much chaos we have gone through with this pandemic. Having a friendly and professional person make one feel valued makes a better world. 😊

  I absolutely loved Enrique's excellent customer service skills. He was very friendly and was quick to help me with what I needed to do. I have always had a great experience every time I come here (I have been coming here for several years now) and I truly enjoyed Enrique's positive energy. I would highly recommend him, this man deserves a raise! :)

  Very friendly service and I have never had any issues with this exact location. They don’t take out as high of a percentage as other check cashing establishments at least that’s what I noticed when calling around the first time

  I have patronized this place for a long time. But a guy who did my transaction a few days ago was horrible. It was my first time to see him there, maybe a new employee, my experience With this guy was bad. I was doing a moneygram transaction. 1)-The agent (guy) who did the transaction was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to read the order of names of the recipient how he wrote it in his computer. I asked him to show me the computer screen for me to make sure he wrote the names correctly, he refused. 2)-Sender’s name: Even though he had my ID in his hands while doing the transaction he wrote my name wrongly. 3)- Even though I gave him my phone number correctly he wrote my phone number wrongly. 4)-Even though I wrote the correct name of the recipient on a piece of paper and gave him he still put it in the system wrongly -I am very upset because my sister in-Law is sick, this money is to help treat her. Because of our previous argument about looking on his computer screen I believe he did this intentionally.

  Every transaction is always seamles. I can easily do my business and make payments online, but would rather drive to this location in case if i have questions. I look forward to doing more business with this location and team.

  It's a grungy little place but they were helpful. They don't require a check which is nice if you have direct deposit they weren't able to give me a loan because my ID is expired. I offered to send them a picture of my passport or social but they sold no. They weren't even going to give me the full amount. Hopefully my experience next time is better
