  I searched long and hard to find the most economical route to open a Check book IRA. With other companies, the fee schedules were across the map. Check Book IRA helped me set up my LLC paperwork and referred me to a bank that provides these accounts with very fair fees. I appreciated that Check Book IRA spoke with me and explained how the accounts work but never pushed me to use their services, and I’m grateful that I did!

  I have been receiving outstanding service from Jordan and Alisha since I opened my (Roth) Checkbook IRA in 2016. It has enabled me to invest painlessly and tax-free. They were with me every step of the way, answering all of my many questions courteously and professionally. I also opened a Solo 401k with them and that has worked out even better, and generated even more questions for them to answer! As I transitioned from a salaried position to freelance, the Solo 401k has allowed me to add substantially more to my retirement accounts than before. Having the full company contribution available to me has made a big difference.   I have multiple properties in my IRA and was being charged excessive fees to write checks plus additional charge for each property quarterly . Fortunately I had an opportunity to hear about Check Book IRA LLC this has virtually saved me thousands of dollars a year but also allowed me to be responsive in purchasing property allowing me to control the checkbook. I also have had the opportunity to work with Alissa Bennett who was amazingly responsive from start to finish in the process for my wife and I . I actually needed to ask for some help two years later and got the same responsiveness . I have recommended several of my clients and friends and give them the highest regards .   First before even setting up my Self Directed IRA I spent approximately 3 years researching companies to handle this for me. I finally decided on CB IRA, LLC. From the start Steve, Jordan & Alisha were top notch & expeditious in the set up process. That was back in early 2014. Over the years I've called & or emailed w/questions. They always call back and never rush me through anything. They seem to want to make sure you understand and treat you like one of the family. I'm so glad I did the research because these folks have been such a blessing.

  I opened a checkbook IRA, with another agent with his own company. However, this agent was a one man company and very busy with his home situation (aging parents, young children) and promoting his services to potential new clients, so my questions and concerns after opening the account were unanswered. The people at Check Book IRA, LLC were supportive, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. They are also ethical - refusing to let me pay them instead because I had already paid my original agent who had done the proper steps in setting up my account and entity. My regret is that I didn't find Check Book IRA, LLC first. They are absolutely the best.

  My husband and I both rolled our IRA money to a solo 401(k). He wanted to use his money to flip houses and I wanted to buy gold. Check Book IRA has never disappointed.   I contacted Check Book IRA about 3 years ago for their help in setting up a self directed IRA LLC. They were super helpful and competent throughout the whole process. Since setting it up, there have been 2 or 3 occasions on which I needed to know about the pitfalls involved with certain investments or how to set up an investment so as to comply with the law. Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in sharing the information I needed. They also send out a newsletter (monthly?) which has articles on important topics. I can't say enough good things about them! They are super competent, friendly professionals.

  Jordan has been instrumental in helping me to rethink how to take my investments out of the traditional mutual funds into a self directed 401k. Unlike other plans that required that you work through a custodian, I can directly manage my account without intervention or oversight by a third party.
